Palmerston North wedding of Tara and Dylan at Wharerata

Tara and Dylan held their wedding at Wharerata, a Palmerston North wedding venue, with the help of Picture Perfect Photography, an award-winning Palmerston North wedding photographer. It was beautiful winter day with no rain in sight, which was rather lucky as they had several days of rain leading up to the wedding.

Everything was held on the ground of Wharerata, including the getting ready in the morning. This has made the day much more relaxing for everyone involved. The boys and the girls got ready right next door to each other, and they could easily hear the constant laughter from the other side. This just added so much more fun to the day, and highlighted the close bonds that everyone shared.

Dylan had his brothers and uncle on his side, while Tara had her sister and close friends to help her with the day.

The decoration was simple, and the glass seemed to have played a big part in the design. A lot of last-minute streak-free cleaning had to be done to remove all the fingerprints, but well worth the effort.

The beautiful bridal party photos were half done at Wharerata, and half done at a hill top near by. Tara was overall the moon with the stunning view over the city and the rural backdrops against the moody sky. It is just to show that some locations scouting can go along way to create beautiful and unique wedding images on the day.
